General Terms of Use

Use of the prontotours.com website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this site, you fully accept these terms.

Services

Pronto Tours offers Destination Management Company (DMC) services, MICE event organization, incentive travel, congresses, weddings and anniversaries, and team building. The information on the website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offer. Each service will be subject to a specific quote and contractual agreement.

Quote Requests

Quote requests submitted through the website form are non-binding. As all our proposals are entirely tailor-made, each request will be reviewed and handled as soon as possible, depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of our partners. The provided quote will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

  1. Online payments. Payments made through the "Pay online" page of prontotours.com are processed by Stripe, an authorised payment service provider. Pronto Tours never receives or stores your card or account details. All amounts are in euros.
  2. Confirmation of services. Services are confirmed only once the deposit stated in the accepted quote has been received.
  3. Invoicing. Pronto Tours issues a regular invoice for every payment, sent separately. The payment confirmation does not replace the invoice.
  4. Disputes. If you do not recognise a charge or have a problem with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: giorgia.scienza@prontotours.com, alessio.truchetto@prontotours.com.

Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, graphics, logo, design) is the property of Pronto Tours or used under license. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Pronto Tours strives to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee completeness or the absence of errors. Pronto Tours is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or the inability to access it.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction.
