The gala dinner is the moment when the destination shows itself in full, and in Sicily the possible settings differ widely from one another: a historic tonnara, a winery, a noble palace, a seafront residence, a villa with gardens, a Baroque castle, an exclusive beach club.

Entertainment, set-ups and technical services
Entertainment is chosen according to the tone of the evening: a folk group, actors in period costume, a Dixieland band with jugglers and fire-eaters, a DJ set, a belly dancer, a caricaturist, fireworks, or a Gattopardo-themed evening.
On the set-up side we work with Sicilian market stalls for the buffet, a photo booth, a rum and chocolate corner and themed centrepieces. Technical services cover audio, video and lighting, with festive illuminations and architectural projections.
Team building and group activities
Cooking classes with Michelin-starred chefs are held in hotels, private locations or noble palaces. Alongside these we offer activities run together with the local social communities, beach olympics and routes dedicated to the flavours of Sicily built around street food.
Sicilian gifts and giveaways
The keepsake the group takes home is chosen from the island's own production: pine-cone shaped ceramics, capers, almond pastries and frutta martorana, locally made cosmetics. They are objects that explain themselves, and they tie the gift to the place the group has been.
